**Return & Refund Policy**
At *Omnisale.in*, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase.
**1. Returns**
You can request a return within **7 days** of receiving your order. To be eligible:
* Item must be unused and in original condition
* Original packaging is required
* Return request must be approved before shipping the item back
**2. Non-Returnable Items**
* Used or damaged products (by customer)
* Personal care / hygiene items
**3. Refunds**
Once we receive and inspect your return:
* Approved refunds will be processed within **5–7 business days**
* Refund will be issued to the original payment method
* For COD orders, refunds will be processed via **Bank Transfer / UPI**
**4. Exchanges**
If the product is defective or damaged, we offer a **free replacement**
* Customer must provide photo or video proof
**5. Return Shipping**
* Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect
**6. Order Cancellation**
Orders can be cancelled within **24 hours** of placing the order
